# Resolve 400 Error for Super Admins During G Suite Integration

### Overview

You may encounter a **400 error** when attempting to integrate Google Workspace (G Suite) with Sprinto, even if the user has **Super Admin** privileges.\
This typically occurs when the API access for Google services is restricted.

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue by updating API access permissions in your Google Admin Console.

### Steps to Resolve

#### Step 1 – Log in to Google Admin Console

1. Go to admin.google.com and log in with your **Super Admin** account.
2. From the left navigation panel, select **Security**.

#### Step 2 – Open API Controls

1. Navigate to **Security → Access and data control → API Controls.**

2. Under **API Controls**, select **Manage Google Services**.

#### Step 3 – Update Access Settings

1. Locate **Workspace Admin** in the list of Google services.
2. Click **Change access**.

3. Change its access level from **Restricted** to **Unrestricted**.

#### Step 4 – Retry the Integration

Once the access setting is updated:

* Return to Sprinto.
* Retry integrating with **G Suite / Google Workspace**.

The integration should now complete successfully.

* Restricted API settings prevent Sprinto from retrieving required metadata for the integration.
