# getIgaServiceItemInstanceByRequest

Get the IGA access request detail for a service request.

Resolve the IGA service-item-instance linked to a service request (SER) and return its
access-request detail: approval requirement + status, provisioning type, entitlement, app,
and the selected access duration.
