Dashboard Actions
Sprinto’s Dashboard Actions in the People section let you efficiently control all staff-related compliance workflows. These actions span the full staff lifecycle—from onboarding and role assignment to scoping, offboarding, and documentation—ensuring your organisation remains compliant and audit-ready.
This article outlines the available dashboard-level actions across all tabs within the People section.
Available Dashboard Actions
| Action | Description |
| Create staff profiles | Add new staff members to Sprinto via HRMS/IDP integrations or manual input. You can add individuals or use the CSV upload option to onboard in bulk. |
| Manage staff records | View and edit staff profiles, update custom fields, mark users in or out of scope, upload hiring/BGV reports, assign reporting managers, or offboard staff as needed. |
| Assign roles and responsibilities | Define key compliance roles (e.g. Infosec Officer, People Ops), assign them to staff, and document role responsibilities for organisational clarity. |
| Sync HR data and groups | Refresh data from connected HRMS and IDP platforms, including staff details and employee groups used for scoping and training/policy targeting. |
| Upload reports and evidence | Upload hiring evaluations, background verification reports, and other CSV-based staff documentation for compliance tracking and audit evidence. |
| Filter and view staff | Apply filters to search and segment staff by name, onboarding status, check completion, special cases, scoping, roles, and compliance zones. This helps identify bottlenecks and take action efficiently. |
These actions are accessible across the following tabs: Staff, Monitoring, Security Roles, Roles & Responsibilities, Org Chart, and Configuration. They ensure you maintain visibility and control over your compliance staffing data.
