Launch, monitor, and manage InfoSec training campaigns in Sprinto with built-in or external providers to stay audit-ready and compliant.
Trainings
The Trainings section in Sprinto helps organisations maintain InfoSec compliance by delivering, tracking, and evidencing periodic security awareness programmes for all in-scope employees. Administrators can configure Sprinto’s built-in training modules or integrate third-party providers like KnowBe4 and Curricula to manage campaigns centrally.
This section automates the training lifecycle—assigning modules during onboarding, issuing periodic training requests, and tracking completion across staff. Training programmes can also include assessments to validate staff understanding of security practices.

- Campaign Automation: Automatically assign training during onboarding or send periodic requests manually or via reminders.
- Content Flexibility: Use Sprinto’s prebuilt training modules or upload custom PDFs and quizzes.
- External Provider Integration: Seamlessly connect KnowBe4 or Curricula accounts to sync campaign data and training evidence.
- Progress Monitoring: Track campaign-level and staff-level training completion from a single dashboard.
- Workflow Checks: Automate compliance using monitoring checks tied to specific controls and providers.

Available Training Modules
Sprinto includes several default programmes with test options, such as:

Each module targets all active staff and can be previewed or customised before assignment.
